Elizabeth Roberts Confirmed to Speak
Luitenant Governor Elizabeth Roberts has confirmed that she'll come to speak at of/by/for RI! Elected in 2006, she is Rhode Island's first female Lieutenant Governor. She previously served as a State Senator in Rhode Island, and during her term Common Cause gave Roberts the second highest rating in the General Assembly and an "A" for her reform efforts.
Roberts was elected as a Democrat, but serves under a Republican Governor, giving her valuable bipartisan experience. She was educated in Rhode Island and currently lives with her family in Cranston.
